Barbara was really put to the test with my commercial real estate transaction. I'm a Tennessean who was trying to purchase a restaurant in Kentucky, and the seller was in Boston, Mass. To say the process was complicated would be a terrible understatement. She made resources for my deal readily available and persisted when the process seemed hopeless. We closed on the property in February 2009, and the restaurant is now cooking! I've known Barb Barnett for 5 years. She has been an outstanding Realtor for me! When I made the decision to relocate to Murry and asked around regarding what Realtor's were the best, Barb's name came up time after time. She knew just what I wanted and she coordinated showings for me according to my tight schedule since I was relocating from over 450 miles away. When I did find my "dream house" Barb's assistance did not stop there. She made sure I knew where all the utilities were in town and recommended some great insurances agents. When it came time to move again, I didn't think twice and called Barb. When I first started looking for homes, she graciously assisted me in looking, even though, at the time, I was uncertain if I was actually going to stay in Murray. Barb provided truly outstanding service to us when we placed our home on the market. After we had moved out of the area, Barb did more than one would expect of a real estate agent. She kept a close eye on the property, made sure that all was well, ensured that needed maintenance was performed, and coordinatted all the showings, and basically addressed all the needs we had due to our being out of town. She did a great job of keeping us informed of the status of everything. We never felt as though we were out of the loop. Selling or buying, I would recommend Barbara Barnett any day!
